- For a three-weeks stay, we will grant you 100,- € price discount on the total rental price.

- According to availability, you will get some smaller apartments at the price of two weeks even if you stay three weeks (In the event of different price categories you will get the cheapest week for free)

Prices

Prices shown are final prices and include electricity, heating, hot and cold water as well. They comprise the total apartment per week, from Saturday, arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. until Saturday, departure until 10 am

After prior arrangement, in isolated cases arrival is possible between 9p.m. and 12 p.m. as well. However, we would charge you a service fee amounting to 25 Euros for this!

Resort tax: adults 1,20 Euro per day. (Children under 13 years old are free)

Bed-linen: 15 Euro per person and linen exchange

Safe: 10 Euro per week (not in all apartments available!)

Cleaning fee: the price depends on the type and size of apartment, between 40 and 70 Euro

Price for booking arrangements: 20 Euro

Garage : 80 Euro per week

During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
In June, July and August we only rent for a complete week, respectively from Saturday to Saturday. (Please consider our Last-Minute-Offers!)

The apartments are completely furnished. Only bed linen, towels and tea towels need to be brought or can be hired within the resort. (Please order before holiday commences).

Deposit: By handing over the keys, the tenant undertakes to deposit his credit card data as a guarantee. According to the size and furnishing of the rented flat the deposit is 250, 500 or 1000 Euros.

An admission card must be purchased at the entrance to the resort.

Swimming pools are commercial operations and charge accordingly.

Pets are not allowed.

Booking Arrangements

After the reception of the reservation, either by eMail, telephone of fax, the tenant will be sent a rental agreement and all information about payment as well as our “General terms and conditions”. The complete receipt of down payment within a fortnight upon receipt of the booking documents is the prerequisite for a fix reservation.

Should the tenant not set on the journey or cancel it, he shall nevertheless pay the full rental price plus booking fee. To conclude a travel cancellation insurance is recommend.

At least 2 weeks before the commencement of the holiday the customer will be sent all necessary documentation:

1. A voucher for the rental accommodation.

2. A plan of the naturist village.

3. Further information for your arrival and hand over the key. Please read it carefully!
